World hotbeds of solar activity I

Renewable Energy Access reports that international interest in Spanish Solar Power Plants is skyrocketing.  Many circumstances are coalescing to make investments in renewable energy and, particularly, in solar power plants and installations very attractive: a global awakening about the reality of climate change and financial markets with deep pockets looking for alternatives with good ROI.  Germany has traditionally been the country in Europe where most of the growth took place, but Spain has been gaining momentum as one of the hottest markets for this sort of projects (in more than one sense).  

Spain offers some of the most favourable conditions in the world for such endeavours: Incentives granted by the Spanish legislation, a stable long-term retributive scenario, a steady economic growth and plenty of sunlight.
